Digital Downloads

Because our personalized children's books are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded. We are unable to offer refunds on digital downloads.

However, if you experience any technical issues accessing or downloading your file, please contact us immediately at smithyvette085@gmail.com and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue promptly and with care. 💛

Physical Products

For physical products such as apparel, blankets, and accessories, we accept return or exchange requests within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• The item is unused and in its original condition
• The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at smithyvette085@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item.

Refund Processing

Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
