Physical Products
We accept returns on physical items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@walkingingodslove.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it promptly.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

Expedited Shipping
We offer expedited shipping options at checkout for customers who need faster delivery.
- Express Shipping (US): $15.00 flat rate — estimated delivery in 2–3 business days after handling
- Standard Shipping (US): $8.00 — estimated delivery in 4–7 business days after handling
- Free Standard Shipping (US): Available on orders of $70.00 or more
- International Shipping (UK, India & more): $12.99 flat rate — estimated delivery in 8–24 business days depending on destination
Handling time is 1–3 business days before shipment. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
